15 - 27 days
Reservations for Self-Catering for periods of less than
a month require to be in full with booking.
4 weeks & Over
Reservations of 4 week's lets require a deposit of £600.
The deposit will be returned on departure less outstanding
charges.
6 month lease
Lets for a six-month lease or longer require a
deposit with one calendar month rent paid in advance.
Deposit funds
No refunds are given on deposits following cancellation.
Self-Catering property lets
Self- cheques, bank transfers and cash are only acceptable
for self-catering lets.
Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals and departures outwith the above hours
are subject to special arrangement. Occupancy of rooms
can be given after 16.00 on the day of arrival. Room
must be vacated by 10.00 am on the date of departure
unless by arrangement.
Breakfast
We provide continental breakfast. Cooked breakfast can
be ordered for the additional charge of £4.50
in the evening in advance. Breakfast hours : 07.30-09.00
Monday to Saturday, 08.00-09.30 on Sunday.
Gas and Electricity
Consumption is charged on lets. VAT, where applicable
is included.
Credit Card Charge
There is a 2.5%charge for payments made by credit
cards.
